  Replace image colors: Tap and turn on Replace Color. Tap on the left and move the loupe to select the color you’d like to replace in an image. You can also tap the color well next to the color picker choose the color from the Colors palette. Tap on the right and move the loupe to choose the color you’d like to use as the replacement color. You can also tap the color well . In CMYK mode go to Curves and pull the lefthand slider along. Check the off white areas (now hopefully white) with the eye-dropper tool and keep dragging along until the eye-dropper registers 0 colours. You shouldn't need to drag it far (a few points) and beware as it will alter some other colours slightly. Share Improve this answer. Choose Insert > Color Adjustments (from the Insert menu at the top of your screen) and turn on the Replace Color adjustment in the Tool Options pane. Click at the top of the Layers sidebar, choose Color Adjustments, and turn on the Replace Color adjustment. Press Shift ⇧ + Command ⌘ + A on your keyboard, and turn on the Replace Color adjustment.
